No Maintenance is not responsible for lost shipments and stolen packages and claims must be made by the customer to the appropriate carrier. Domestic Shipping Rates:
For all orders under $150, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
For orders over $150, we offer free shipping, with the option to pay for expedited or express shipping.
International Shipping Rates:
Calculated by weight and destination. Each county has different fees and pricing and cost associated with shipping.
No Maintenance does not accept returns on vintage orders. All sales are final.
All items purchased during promotional sales are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
For all items from the No Maintenance label, if you received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the fit or style of the item(s), No Maintenance will accommodate a return request. All returns are eligible for store credit only. Please make all inquiries within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges can also be accommodated on a case by case basis.
