Are all of your clothes vintage?

The foundation of No Maintenance stems from our passion for collecting and curating vintage clothing. Much of our brand offerings are inspired and crafted from select fabrics, sourced globally, re-imagining the details of favorite garments, and the works of our favorite painters, photographers, and musicians of the past the past hundred years.

Do you do restocks?

For the No Maintenance label we restock our favorites often, or we offer new interpretations in alternate color ways or fabrics selects. All of our vintage garments are one of one, therefore they cannot be restocked; however, we restock our vintage selections constantly. You can stay notified by subscribing to our newsletter and following us on social media.

Do you do offer pulls?

Yes we do, our current policy is a one time fixed 30% restock fee.

Why does the vintage garment I received have a different size tag than the measurements on the listing?

Due to the transient nature of vintage clothing, the tagged size does not correspond to the correct size. We offer measurements for all of our garments listed on the No Maintenance site to ensure accurate size recommendations. Due to the passing of time, a garment may have shrank, changed in color, been altered, etc. These elements contribute to what we love most about vintage clothing. Please check each measurement on the site before purchasing. If you have any questions please reach out to the team. 

Do you cover lost or stolen packages? 

No Maintenance is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

In the event that your package is lost, please notify our team immediately support@nomaintenance.us so that we can file a claim with the the correct shipping carrier.

I received the wrong item in my order, or the wrong sized garment what should I do?

Please contact support@nomaintenance.us with your order number with details that pertain to your situation so that the team may look into the matter.

Do you have a store location?
