Shipping Policy
For domestic orders under $300, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. If your order is over $300, we offer free standard shipping, with the option to upgrade to expedited or express shipping for an additional fee.
International shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and your destination country. Each country has different fees and pricing associated with shipping, which will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that No Maintenance is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and any claims for these issues should be made directly to the carrier. Additionally, No Maintenance is not responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply to your order, or for any delays that these may cause. If you have any questions about these fees or delays, please contact your local postal service or customs office.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return/exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that we only accept returns for products that are in their original, unworn condition. On-sale items are final sale and not returnable. Any items returned in defective conditions will be denied. To request a return/exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@nomaintenance.us. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions on how to return/exchange your product.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable; any shipping cost occurred with the return will be deducted from the refund as well. All items are exchangeable for store credit only.
